Peanut butter choc chip cookies

Peanut butter cookies

Oozy gooey loveliness. In cookie form no less. Have your cookie jar ready to house these babies, but don’t expect them to get too comfortable. They are only overnight guests and won’t be taking out a long term lease.

Ingredients

50g soft light brown sugar
50g caster sugar
50g unsalted butter (soft)
1 medium egg
1 tsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
200g peanut butter crunchy
100g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
50g choc chips

Method

Pre-Heat the oven to 170. Measure out and combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Cream together the butter and sugars until mixed then add in the egg, vanilla, honey and peanut butter. Blend until smooth. Add in choc chips.

Add in the dry ingredients and mix well. Using generous rounded tablespoon fulls, place into roughly circular shapes on a baking tray. (You should get around 12). Put into the center of the oven for 10-12 minutes.
